Revit Expert – BIM Modeling Specialist

About the role

Pak Paragon Designs is seeking a Revit Expert to work on‑site in Sadiqabad. You will develop and maintain detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects, ensuring that design intent and constructability are accurately represented.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update plans, sections, elevations, and schedules within Revit.
• Coordinate model elements across disciplines and resolve clashes.
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation sets for review and submission.
• Organise project files, maintain families and templates, and support workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with designers and project leads to incorporate design changes and apply relevant codes.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.
• Experience producing construction drawings and coordinated BIM models that meet local regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and ensure consistency.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field; BIM certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to learn company standards, contribute to process improvements, and uphold inclusive work practices.
