Rubric Developer – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Rubric Developer to design and maintain evaluation frameworks for content quality across multiple platforms. This remote contract position allows you to work from anywhere while directly influencing the fairness and accuracy of scoring systems for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain evaluation rubrics for content assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align rubric criteria with platform goals.

• Document rubric rules and guidelines for evaluators and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on rubric design to enhance consistency and reliability of assessments.

Required profile

• Experience creating or optimizing evaluation rubrics for content or data tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and feedback.
• Familiarity with content evaluation processes in digital or gig‑economy platforms.
• Ability to write clear, structured guidelines for evaluators or automated systems.
• Attention to detail to ensure rubrics remain fair, accurate, and aligned with objectives.
