SaaS Sales Manager – Hospitality Solutions

About the role

Roomy Technologies is seeking an ambitious SaaS Sales Manager to expand its portfolio of cloud‑based hospitality solutions across Pakistan and internationally. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with restaurants, hotels and hospitality groups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain an active pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Develop and nurture key accounts to maximise retention, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Represent Roomy Technologies at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Experience selling hospitality software (ERP, PMS, POS, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for field visits across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other cities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
