Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Abbasin Builders and Developers is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to expand its client base and promote commercial real‑estate projects in Peshawar. The role combines relationship building, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored property solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, investors, business owners, and project stakeholders.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, property outreach, and digital channels.
• Present commercial real‑estate projects, features, pricing structures, and value propositions to prospects.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, property visits, presentations, and follow‑up discussions.
• Maintain an organized prospect pipeline, update customer records, and prepare regular sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with project, design, and management teams to provide accurate information and support client requirements.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and the creation of promotional materials.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of commercial real‑estate, construction projects, or related market activity.
• Proven ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Professional conduct when meeting clients, arranging site visits, and representing the company.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and capable of working independently as well as within cross‑functional teams.
• Good knowledge of the Peshawar commercial market is preferred.
