Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

FSA-Enterprises, a full-stack digital marketing agency operating across Pakistan, Singapore, UAE and the UK, is hiring a Sales and Marketing Intern for an on-site position in Islamabad. The intern supports the sales and marketing team with lead generation, client outreach and follow-up, and gains hands-on experience in a performance-driven agency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation, client outreach and follow-up communication by calls, email and messages
• Help maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with team members for smooth client interactions
• Help organize training sessions and learn how sales processes and marketing funnels work
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Foundational sales skills and interest in developing sales management capabilities
• Ability to support training and share sales and marketing best practices
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively and work collaboratively in an on-site team

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; comfort with CRM or similar tools is an advantage
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
