About the role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist customers with product and service inquiries, provide friendly service, and support daily sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries and explain basic product features, prices, and information.
- Process orders, maintain basic sales records, and perform general sales and administrative tasks.
- Support daily sales activities, customer follow‑ups, and store operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma, degree or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, responsible, customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
