Territory Sales Supervisor - Franchise & Retail

About the role

JazzWorld is hiring a Territory Sales Supervisor in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. The role sits within the TSS team, part of the Regional Operating model led by the Regional Business Head, and reports to the Area Sales Manager. It drives regional sales growth and franchise and retail business development, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Understand JazzWorld's business, products, values, Regional Operating Model and local market dynamics.
• Carry out daily market visits, retail audits and spot checks to monitor stock, retailer performance and service standards.
• Manage assigned franchises, following up regularly and keeping daily performance reports visible.
• Strengthen the franchise and retail network through engagement with franchise staff, Distribution Officers (DOs) and retailers.
• Drive business enablers: BVS activation, EVC transactions, market float management, DO service levels (at least 50% daily), and keep recharge non-performers and minimum-balance retailers below 5%.
• Meet target KPIs such as recharges, gross ads, JazzCash, MBB data devices, active retail base and handset, Wi-Fi device and remittance sales.
• Execute BTL activities with retailers and franchise teams, use trade marketing resources effectively, expand channel footprint and control infringements.
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers, motivate stakeholders, explain the profitability model and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales management, distribution or channel development.
• Understanding of retail and franchise operations and of managing a sales territory.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple KPIs such as JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid/prepaid sales, remittances and cash-in.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work both remotely and under supervision.
