Sales Attendant

About the role

The Sales Attendant will be the first point of contact for visitors at our hematology education centre in Peshawar. Working full‑time on‑site, you will guide customers through our range of courses and learning materials, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, providing clear information about hematology‑related courses and services.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Organise and present display materials, educational resources, and promotional items.
• Respond to customer inquiries, both in‑person and via phone or email.
• Support promotional activities and collaborate with team members to enhance the visitor experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and point‑of‑sale procedures.
• Interest in hematology or healthcare education and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Peshawar and function well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or educational services is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) handling, including cash and digital payment processing.
• Organisational skills for maintaining displays and inventory.
