Sales Closer (Final Expense)

About the role

The Senior Qualifier will work closely with verifiers and fronters to engage interested customers, convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, and ensure a smooth handover for final verification.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with interested customers and build strong rapport to drive successful closures.
• Apply advanced sales techniques and persuasive communication to close deals effectively.
• Clearly educate customers about product/services, benefits, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and transactions.
• Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to validators with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer transitions.
• Support and guide junior closers while contributing to team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales closing or high‑ticket sales.
• Prior experience in a call centre environment (mandatory).
• Experience in Final Expense campaigns (highly preferred).
• Strong ability to close deals confidently and handle objections.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
