Sales Closer

About the role

The Sales Closer will focus on converting qualified leads into new clients for The Local Rankers’ digital solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves discovery calls, tailored presentations, and consultative closing of deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales cycle.
• Conduct discovery calls, present customized solutions, and handle objections professionally.
• Prepare, negotiate, and close proposals for web, SaaS, and automation projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper project scoping with technical teams.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide feedback to improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling and closing experience in digital or technology services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed B2B sales targets, especially in software, web development, or SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Lahore and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
