Sales Closer

About the role

The Closer wins new clients across all channels and client types. Taking qualified opportunities from the outreach and platform teams and from inbound inquiries, you run the sales conversation and close the deal, owning each deal from the first call to the signed contract and first payment. The role is full-time and onsite in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, with hours from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Take discovery and sales calls booked by the outreach and platform teams, plus inbound leads.
• Understand the client's needs, budget, timeline and decision-maker, and decide whether the opportunity is qualified.
• Present the offer, handle objections, negotiate and close.
• Send proposals and quotes and follow up until there is a clear yes or no.
• Hand over won clients smoothly to the delivery team.
• Give feedback to the setters and outreach team on lead quality.
• Log every call and deal in the CRM on the same day, with a status and reason code for every meeting.
• Follow platform rules for contracts and payments when a deal comes from Upwork or Fiverr.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years in sales, business development, ideally selling design, marketing or 3D services.
• Proven ability to run discovery calls, present offers and close deals.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, scope and timelines with clients from different markets and industries.
• Nice to have: experience closing project-based or recurring service deals, and experience with US, UK or European clients.

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Disciplined with CRM and reporting.
