Sales Consultant / Financial Advisor (Remote, Commission Based)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant/Financial Advisor to join Askari Life Assurance Company Ltd on a remote, commission‑based basis. This full‑time position focuses on generating new insurance business, building client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
• Present Askari Life insurance products, understand client needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while working independently.
• Participate in training sessions and apply guidance provided by the company.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or insurance sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently from a remote location.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
