Sales Coordinator and Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Frontier Platinum Group is hiring a Sales Coordinator and Digital Marketing Specialist in Peshawar. The role blends sales support with digital marketing to drive business growth, combining sales operations and customer relationship management with online marketing campaigns. The person works closely with the sales and marketing teams, handles multiple tasks independently and does not manage a team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain sales operations, including accurate CRM data management and customer relationship facilitation.
• Coordinate sales activities such as creating sales collateral and organizing events and marketing campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, including lead scoring and contact segmentation, to optimize the sales funnel.
• Develop and run digital marketing strategies covering SEO, SEM, PPC and social media marketing.
• Set up, monitor and optimize ads in Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
• Run marketing analytics and reporting with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track campaigns, engagement and conversions.
• Manage marketing automation and campaign workflows, and use UTM tracking to measure channel performance.
• Create and curate content that supports online marketing and strengthens brand positioning.
• Handle order management so customer transactions are tracked accurately and fulfilled on time.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

• Strong communication skills and interest in marketing technology.
• Solid analytical capabilities.
