Sales Development Manager

About the role

Jotun Paints Pakistan is looking for a Sales Development Manager based in Lahore, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role drives sales excellence and business growth by building the capabilities of the dealer network through training, coaching and capability-building, so that dealers can increase sales performance, strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a structured dealer development and training program, covering scheduling, delivery, tracking and evaluation of training for dealers and their shop sales staff, with accurate participant records.
• Equip dealers and their teams with product, technical, sales and market knowledge to improve customer engagement and drive business development in their territories.
• Train internal Sales and Marketing teams on how to promote, coordinate, deliver and follow up on dealer training initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and improve learning materials, sales tools and training resources.
• Support dealer growth by onboarding new dealers, implementing first-year business plans, monitoring training effectiveness and performance, and providing ongoing coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Sales Development.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders such as the dealer network.
• Initiative, ownership, ability to persuade and coach others, and good teamwork.
