Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales in the US B2B market. You will focus on cold calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to US‑based B2B decision‑makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, VPs and Directors.
• Introduce Mammoth‑AI’s services, qualify prospects based on business needs and challenges, and book qualified appointments for the sales/account management team.
• Follow up via phone, email and LinkedIn, handle objections, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations, qualified leads and booked meetings, and ensure smooth hand‑over to sales colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with senior US‑based clients.
• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and handling rejection.
• Goal‑oriented, persistent with follow‑ups and able to work with measurable targets.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation and outbound sales processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using Google Sheets for data management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or other sales tools.
