Sales Development Representative – Onsite in Islamabad

About the role

Podium is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Islamabad office. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, introducing Podium’s AI‑powered employee solutions and creating qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, educate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales‑ready opportunities.
• Present the Podium story and align its AI solutions with prospect business objectives.
• Schedule calls, meetings and product demos in collaboration with account executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM and ensure clean records.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments, demos and closed deals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology to act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and able to work on‑site.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Four‑year degree preferred, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of B2B technical sales or comparable sales experience.
• Proven track record of prospecting new markets and setting appointments.
