Sales Development Representative - Onsite

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified B2B leads across the USA and Canada for its Virtual Assistant services. The role focuses on early‑stage sales activities, including identifying decision‑makers and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential B2B clients in the US & Canada markets.
• Pitch Virtual Assistant services to business owners and schedule qualified Zoom meetings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups to ensure appointment conversion and smooth handover to the closing team.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to highlight competitive advantages.

Required profile

• Any experience in the BPO industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates with strong English communication are encouraged.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection in outreach.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 150,000 per month.
• Performance incentives: PKR 25K on 2nd signup, PKR 35K on 3rd, PKR 50K on subsequent sign‑ups, plus PKR 10K for achieving monthly KPIs.
