Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on cold calling, appointment setting, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. You will work full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and communicate our service offerings effectively.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and follow up through approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM or tracking system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment‑setting targets while handling objections professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Confidence speaking with potential clients over the phone and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn; previous call‑center or B2B sales experience is a plus.
