Sales Development Representative – US Market (Hybrid)

About the role

Ambidex Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings with US‑based companies. You will be one of the first members building the sales function, working directly with decision‑makers and supporting the consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Research US companies and identify key decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and book discovery meetings for the consulting team.
• Maintain outreach activity and meeting‑booking metrics in a CRM.
• Continuously refine outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Strong, clear English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hunter mindset with persistence, resilience, and strong follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑driven, organized, coachable, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDICC) is a plus.
