Sales Director – Real Estate Development

About the role

Sahar Developments seeks a high‑performing Sales Director to lead the sales function for a major mixed‑use development in Multan. The role combines direct sales leadership with the creation and management of a channel partner network to drive inventory movement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead both in‑house sales teams and indirect sales through dealers, real‑estate agents, and other channel partners.
• Recruit, build, and manage a performance‑driven sales team and structured network of channel partners.
• Design and implement sales processes, SOPs, CRM workflows, reporting structures and KPIs.
• Set sales targets, forecast demand, monitor performance and ensure accountability.
• Develop strategies for inventory movement, customer conversion and sales acceleration, including demand creation for vertical residential living in an emerging market.
• Personally handle high‑value negotiations and key sales when required.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of sales experience in real‑estate development, with 3–5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful sales teams and channel networks.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, KPI management and performance analytics.
• Experience with apartment/vertical residential projects and knowledge of the Multan market is a plus.
