Sales Engineer Internship

About the role

Right Innovations builds digital ecosystems for businesses in the United States and global markets, offering implementation, licensing, custom development and support for ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and AWS. It is hiring a hybrid Sales Engineer intern in Karachi, combining on-site work with some work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by understanding client requirements and preparing product demonstrations.
• Assist in solution design for ERP, CRM and cloud projects.
• Answer technical and functional questions from prospects and coordinate with engineering teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads and give basic technical guidance to prospective and existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong sales engineering and technical support skills, including requirement understanding, troubleshooting and solution design support.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, and core sales skills for lead qualification, demos and proposal development.
• Ability to learn quickly, analyse business processes and explain technical concepts simply.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing time independently and using collaboration tools.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of ERP, CRM or cloud technologies (ERPNext, Odoo, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, AWS) is beneficial.
