Sales Executive - B2B Corporate Supplies

About the role

Prime Vista Pakistan, a B2B supply and procurement partner based in Karachi, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive. The role drives B2B sales and maintains strong client relationships for corporate swag and welcome kits, office essentials, and institutional hygiene and cleaning products. It is based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate and institutional clients, follow up on leads and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, and coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all commercial dealings.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, update CRM or sales records, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit client sites regularly, conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback and help improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales, business development and account management skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Competence in lead generation, prospecting and sales negotiation, including preparing and presenting quotations and proposals.
• Solid communication skills to explain solutions to corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups and documentation.
• Knowledge of corporate procurement processes and comfort with bulk orders and commercial documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate with operations, logistics and finance teams.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, corporate supplies, FMCG or related sectors is an advantage; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel within Karachi for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
