Sales Executive & Dispatcher (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who will also handle dispatching duties on a night‑shift schedule. Based in Lahore, you will work on‑site to generate leads, close sales, and coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring smooth client interactions and timely order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and process invoices where required.
• Coordinate dispatch operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet night‑shift responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to work night shift (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Fluent English communication skills, especially for US client interactions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and teamwork skills.
