About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business growth while building strong, long‑term client relationships. The role blends strategic sales execution with creative problem‑solving to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and outbound efforts.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and support.
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a “get it done” attitude and ability to manage multiple leads.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP, or IT services.
• Understanding of basic contract and pricing negotiations.
