About the role
EcomMatrix is hiring a full-time Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, follow up with potential clients, reach out to businesses and close sales for ecommerce, marketing, website and agency services. The position is based in Karachi, with remote or hybrid work open to discussion.
Key responsibilities
- Call and message incoming leads professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients and explain the services clearly.
- Reach out to businesses and create new sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and forward clear details to the team.
- Maintain daily sales activity and follow-up reports.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and confidence.
- Sales mindset with discipline and a target focus.
- Cold calling or outreach experience is a plus.
Required skills
- A basic understanding of ecommerce or digital services is preferred.
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus commission.
