Sales Executive – Field & Dealer Management

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by visiting markets, managing dealer relationships, and building strong customer connections. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring product visibility to meet assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage dealer relationships, ensure timely collections, and support their sales activities.
• Follow up on purchase orders and work toward achieving sales quotas.
• Maintain and update client and dealer account information.
• Implement and monitor product displays at dealer outlets according to company standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic market activity and sales performance reports.
• Track competitor actions and market trends, providing insights to management.
• Facilitate effective communication between dealers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field or dealer‑based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused mindset.
