Sales Executive - Immigration Services

About the role

Capital Immigration Services is looking for a Sales Executive for its Islamabad team. The role centres on building relationships with prospective clients and explaining the company's immigration services to people considering available pathways. Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Understand client needs and give accurate, clear information about relevant services and next steps.
• Conduct consultations, keep regular follow-up and guide prospects through the sales journey.
• Maintain organised records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes in company systems.
• Work toward agreed sales targets while delivering a professional, client-focused experience.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues for timely handovers and share client feedback and pipeline updates with management.

• Strong verbal and written communication, confident in client consultations.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building and consultative selling.
• Consistent follow-up and ability to manage a sales pipeline against targets.
• Active listening and clear explanation of service information without overstating outcomes.
• Professional handling of client questions, concerns and confidential information.
• Time management, organisation, resilience and collaboration.
• Sound judgment and commitment to honest, client-focused sales practices.

Required skills

• Accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets or similar systems.

The position is based in Islamabad and requires an ethical, consultative approach when discussing immigration-related services. The advertised pay is PKR 35,000 to 100,000 per month; the listing also mentions leaves as a benefit.
