About the role

OSsi Collection (SMC-Private) Limited is launching its imported sugar‑free mints and candies in Pakistan and needs a driven Sales Executive to spearhead market entry in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role is performance‑based, focusing on opening new retail outlets, closing sales, and managing collections. You will work on a commission‑based structure with a lump‑sum payout after complete sell‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach shop owners to introduce the product range and secure shelf space.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring timely movement of stock.
• Collect payments from retailers and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the local retail market.
• Confident communication with shopkeepers and ability to build trust.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets without excuses.
