Sales Executive - LCL Seafreight

About the role

Transparent Freight Services is looking for a Sales Executive for its Karachi team. The role centres on developing freight and logistics business, building strong client relationships and growing the company's customer base. It suits someone who can manage a sales pipeline consistently while delivering responsive, professional client support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate new business through outreach, referrals and market research.
• Present freight and logistics services, prepare proposals and follow up with prospects to advance sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, understand their shipping needs and coordinate internally to deliver suitable service solutions.
• Meet agreed sales targets and keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals and pipeline status.
• Monitor customer feedback and market activity and share insights with the team.
• Work with operations and customer service colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable communicating with business customers.
• B2B prospecting, lead generation and sales pipeline management.
• Clear communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship-building.
• Confident proposal preparation, follow-up and objection handling.
• Organised record keeping for leads, quotations and sales forecasts.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, email and customer relationship management tools.
• Ability to explain freight and logistics service options clearly.
