Sales Executive (PropTech)

About the role

Xeem is a PropTech SaaS platform helping housing societies, builders and developers manage sales, leads and operations. We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to introduce our solution to real‑estate businesses across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as housing societies, builders and developers.
• Present Xeem’s software, demonstrate its benefits and conduct live product demos.
• Contact leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels, schedule meetings and negotiate deals.
• Understand client requirements, recommend suitable solutions and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships, track activities and share daily progress with the sales manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Confidence when speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑oriented attitude.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new software products and sales techniques.
