Sales Executive - Renewable Energy

About the role

Siddiq Renewable Energy Private Limited (SRE), a venture of the Siddiq Shafi Group, delivers renewable energy solutions to industrial and commercial clients in Pakistan. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Lahore who identifies and qualifies potential clients, runs sales visits, builds long-term relationships and coordinates with technical and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential industrial and commercial clients, conduct sales visits and deliver presentations
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate contracts
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM or sales records
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and meet defined sales targets and performance metrics
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on pricing, delivery timelines and customer service standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Relevant sales experience in industrial or commercial sectors is highly preferred
• Ability to understand and explain renewable energy solutions, with basic technical or industry knowledge of solar or related technologies
• Comfortable travelling locally within and around Lahore to visit clients and project sites

Required skills

• Lead generation, client relationship management and negotiation
• Clear communication and presentation skills, able to prepare and deliver proposals and sales pitches
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, and ideally CRM or sales management software
• Independent field work, effective time management and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
