Sales Executive – Travel Packages

About the role

Metallon Sky Miles is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to promote its travel packages. The role involves handling inbound and outbound inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and building lasting client relationships across domestic and international destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads received via walk‑in, phone, WhatsApp and email into confirmed travel bookings.
• Present and sell a range of packages including Skardu, Hunza, Umrah, Malaysia, Egypt, Dubai, Tashkent, Maldives and others.
• Upsell premium add‑ons such as flight and hotel upgrades, travel insurance, guided tours and VIP services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of repeat and referral clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with ticketing and visa teams to guarantee seamless fulfillment from inquiry to departure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations for corporate and group travel enquiries.
• Stay updated on destination knowledge, airline promotions, visa requirements and seasonal offers.
• Represent MSM at travel fairs, exhibitions and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of sales experience in travel, hospitality or airline sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages and basic visa processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
