Sales Export Nomination Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The Sales Export Nomination Executive will drive export sales for Cargo Solution Services, focusing on air and sea freight as well as door‑to‑door logistics solutions. The role requires a dynamic, customer‑centric professional who can manage the full sales cycle and collaborate across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Utilise CRM software to track activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other teams to improve customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while safeguarding company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support training and development of junior sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level.
• Comfortable using technology tools to streamline processes.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and PKR 65,000.
• Petrol and conveyance allowances included in the salary package.
• Commission: 30% above target.
• Potential future car or bike policy based on sales performance.
• Target: 2.5 times the monthly salary.
