Sales Intern - Insurance Sales Support

About the role

A full-time, on-site Sales Intern position based in Islamabad. The intern supports the sales team by learning and assisting with lead generation, client outreach and follow-up, with hands-on exposure to sales processes, insurance products and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers under supervision and provide information about insurance products
• Update sales records and prepare basic reports
• Participate in training sessions and shadow experienced sales staff
• Contribute to customer service efforts to improve client satisfaction

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• Interest or foundational knowledge in sales and sales management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn quickly and apply new concepts
• Prior internship or part-time experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfort with digital tools for record-keeping and reporting
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
