Sales Intern - On-Site Islamabad

About the role

Usermaven is an AI-powered marketing attribution platform that helps marketing teams see which channels and campaigns drive pipeline and revenue, serving B2B SaaS companies, agencies and ecommerce brands. It is looking for a Sales Intern to join its team on-site in Islamabad. The intern works closely with the sales team, learns from experienced professionals and gets hands-on exposure to selling in a fast-moving, data-driven SaaS company.

This is an unpaid internship with no stipend or salary.

Key responsibilities

• Help identify, qualify and reach out to potential leads
• Assist with product demos and respond promptly to prospect questions
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Coordinate follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline
• Work with customer-facing teams to understand client needs and contribute to sales presentations
• Take part in training sessions to build sales skills and product knowledge
• Support day-to-day sales operations, including preparing reports and updating CRM data

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's program in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working on-site in Islamabad as part of a collaborative team

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic sales skills such as prospecting and lead qualification, and a willingness to learn consultative selling
• Interest in SaaS, marketing technology or analytics, and the ability to explain product features simply
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus
