Sales Manager – Additive Manufacturing Solutions

About the role

3D Tact Ltd. is seeking a remote Sales Manager to drive business development across aerospace, automotive, medical, energy and construction sectors. You will translate complex additive‑manufacturing solutions into clear value propositions and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B opportunities in target industries.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
• Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close complex deals with input from technical and R&D teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and consultants to understand solution details.
• Monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasts and support go‑to‑market strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business‑development experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or technology.
• Strong lead‑generation, opportunity‑qualification and pipeline‑management skills.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts in additive manufacturing and materials engineering.
• Experience preparing proposals, negotiating terms and closing multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks and meet targets independently.
• Analytical mindset for market research, competitive analysis and sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent practical experience.
