Sales Manager - CCTV Cameras (Telecommute)

About the role

Ampm Total Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager for CCTV cameras to grow its security-solutions business in Karachi. The role combines sales planning, customer relationship management and coordination with technical teams so that customers can choose suitable surveillance products and systems. It is based in Karachi and is marked as telecommute-capable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and customer-acquisition targets for CCTV cameras and related solutions.
• Identify prospective customers, understand their security requirements and present product options and proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with business customers, channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams so proposals are accurate and commitments are delivered smoothly.
• Track sales activity, keep customer and opportunity records and share regular updates on results and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor offerings and customer needs to find ways to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to sell CCTV cameras, surveillance systems or related security technology to business or consumer customers.
• Experience managing sales targets, maintaining a pipeline and following up through the buying cycle.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer security needs and explain product features and solution benefits clearly.
• Comfortable managing customer communications remotely and coordinating with colleagues.

• Relationship building and customer service, including handling objections and resolving concerns.
• Use of spreadsheets, email and customer or sales tracking tools to prepare quotations and report progress.
