Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance)

About the role

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics), a leading brand in customs clearance services for importers and exporters across Pakistan, is looking for a Sales Manager / Assistant Manager for Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding in Karachi. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships. It requires in-depth knowledge of the import process and logistics services, mainly import customs clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport and warehousing.
• Develop new business through daily market visits, and prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Follow company policies to optimise profits and minimise costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-6 years of sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
• Own vehicle or conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
