Sales Manager

About the role

Roomy is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join its Islamabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth and expand the company’s customer base across its locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with travel partners, corporate accounts and other distribution channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Roomy’s locations.
• Track, analyse and report on sales performance, providing insights to marketing and operations teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise occupancy and pricing strategies.
• Meet potential clients, deliver property presentations, negotiate contracts and ensure high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales planning, lead generation, prospecting and closing deals with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in relationship and account management within hospitality or travel sectors.
• Knowledge of industry dynamics, pricing strategies and distribution channels such as OTAs and corporate partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad and travel occasionally to other Roomy locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
