Sales Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager position in Karachi will drive revenue growth for Vista Maritime Travel & Tourism by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and promoting the company’s travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate agreements.
• Follow up on leads, monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead, mentor and set performance targets for the sales team.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets and analyse market data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Solid organisational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or related field (preferred).
• Prior team-leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Karachi and collaborate across departments.
