About the role

The Business Development Assistant will hunt and qualify leads across our service portfolio, which includes digital video content, game development, and interactive experiences. You will identify prospects, understand their needs, and arrange meetings with the leadership team to move deals forward.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue leads in creative and technology sectors.
Qualify prospects and assess their requirements.
Schedule pitches and meetings with senior leadership.
Track pipeline progress and deal status.
Provide occasional marketing support such as event coverage, social content, and market insights.

Required profile

Organized, persistent, and highly motivated.
Prior sales or business development experience is mandatory.
Willingness to embrace commission‑based earnings.

What we offer

Base salary of 45,000 PKR per month.
Commission on closed deals.
