Sales Manager – Lahore

About the role

TUV Austria BIC Pvt. Ltd, a leading provider of technical inspection, certification and energy‑sector services in Pakistan, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development in Lahore. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, strengthening existing relationships and promoting the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business targets and market opportunities.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients across industrial and energy‑sector segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiations and closures.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to prepare accurate solutions and commercial proposals.
• Monitor pipeline activity, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and execute B2B sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience selling technical, inspection, testing, certification, engineering or energy‑sector services.
• Excellent client relationship management and professional presentation skills.
• Strong commercial judgment, objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Effective leadership, coaching, communication and time‑management skills.
