Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Sales Support

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will support the sales team by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining the Tameer.ai platform and helping turn inquiries into business opportunities. You will gain hands‑on experience in lead qualification, CRM management and sales techniques while working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Make follow‑up calls on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Explain Tameer.ai features, AI tools and service offerings to prospects.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads and assist the sales team in meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Share customer feedback with marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to customers.
• Positive, target‑oriented attitude and quick learning ability.
