About the role
E-pack Private Limited seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and strong customer relationships. The role focuses on expanding market share and supporting seamless business operations without direct team management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain long‑lasting relationships with key clients and customers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and analyse market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and operations for smooth execution of activities.
- Manage customer accounts, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast sales and create action plans to meet targets.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in sales.
- Strong negotiation and pipeline management abilities.
- Proven capability to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactive in forecasting, planning, and collaborating with internal teams.
