Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and acquisition goals in SaaS and global markets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of five sales representatives, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure with international clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with global customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company’s global footprint.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales and managing international accounts.
