Sales Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

The Sales Manager role at TripGuide Travel & Tours is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Karachi. You will lead the daily sales operations, guide a dedicated sales team, set and track targets, and ensure the company meets its monthly revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor CRM leads, follow‑ups, conversions and lost leads to maximise bookings.
• Review daily and weekly sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Guide the team in customer handling, negotiation, follow‑up and closing sales.
• Develop strategies to increase Umrah, Hajj, tours, tickets and visa sales.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and coordinate with operations for smooth customer handling.
• Report sales performance and target achievement to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience, including team management, target setting and performance monitoring.
• Business development and client relationship management abilities, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical and organisational skills for forecasting, reporting and pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and adapt to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
