About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our premium wood‑furniture showroom. The role involves driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the strategic direction of our interior solutions business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed showroom revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional service and meet individual goals.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a visually appealing, well‑merchandised environment.
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert consultation on product selection and design.
- Implement upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize customer value.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, with significant exposure to furniture or interior design sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Proven expertise in sales management and retail sales principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in furniture sales, visual merchandising and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
