Sales Officer – FMCG (Retail & Wholesale)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive the growth of our ice‑cream and frozen‑food portfolio across retail, wholesale and food‑service channels in Karachi. The successful candidate will develop new business, nurture existing client relationships and ensure our products achieve optimal market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Promote and sell ice‑cream and frozen‑food products to retailers, distributors and food‑service clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility and merchandising in stores.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG retail or frozen‑food sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets under pressure.
• Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
• Valid driving licence.
