Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator in Karachi to oversee daily sales operations and support the achievement of sales targets. The role coordinates with distributors, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery, and involves managing a team of 20 people.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and activities to ensure effective workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records to track sales performance and order status.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries and sales targets to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Liaise with distributors, customers and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Lead and manage a team of 20 sales personnel by setting clear goals, fostering teamwork and providing support and training.
• Analyze sales data and trends to give actionable insights and help with strategic sales planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of sales orders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotions, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Sales reporting.
