Sales Promoter & Lead Generator

About the role

The Sales Promoter & Lead Generator will support the Sales Department by executing lead‑generation campaigns, promoting membership programmes and coordinating promotional activities across multiple channels. The role is focused on WhatsApp and email marketing, brochure distribution and partnership development to help meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor WhatsApp promotional campaigns.
• Plan, execute and monitor email campaigns and acquire new mailing lists.
• Identify corporate prospects, prepare and dispatch brochures, and track deliveries.
• Assist in developing strategic sales partnerships with corporate, retail and financial organisations.
• Generate, record and qualify household and corporate membership leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and track lead conversion status.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Office Administration and Supply Chain to avoid delays.
• Perform other promotional tasks assigned by the Head of Sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales promotions and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software and email‑marketing tools (preferred but not required).
